This spring frontviews looks back on 10 years of joint projects. 10 years of creating space, visibility and exchange for contemporary art - we celebrate our JUBILEE X !

We are proud that frontviews already exists for a decade and most of all that we made it possible together with about 300 other artists and theorists. Accompanied by music and a bar, our collective presents a large group exhibition at HAUNT to show a range of the artists who have exhibited with us. Frontviews has always been about coming together in an independent network, and we want to showcase that quality in this multi-layered show.

The exhibition is called JUBILEE X - Support artists and HAUNT. The goal of the exhibition is to show an arc of remarkable works that represent the work of the last decade, in addition to supporting the artists and our non-profit HAUNT.

At the same time, we would also like to facilitate something wonderful for the art lovers of this city: In short, we would like to offer all the artworks on display for a reduced price of 400€ plus 7% VAT. Visitors can choose one artwork and it will be split 50% for the artists* and 50% for frontviews. All purchases will be handled discreetly.  

HAUNT is the ecological-urban cultural center of the art association frontviews e.V. in Berlin Tiergarten. Close to the Kulturforum and Potsdamer Straße, exhibitions about contemporary social issues and on new trends in the art world are realized in an exhibition pavilion. In addition, concerts, workshops, discussion groups and various other events take place here. The area is characterized by the combination of a free-standing, two floor exhibition pavilion flanked by a city garden on one side and a courtyard area on the other. Thus, in the middle of a socially divergent district, a separate place was created where urban nature and culture can meet. Aspects of the niche existence of urban flora and fauna can be experienced here and thus offer a suitable environment for collective projects that address the relationship between human design dynamics and vital nature.
